We source green coffee directly from smallholder washing stations in Huila, Yirgacheffe, and Antigua, paying premiums averaging forty percent above Fair Trade minimums. Every seasonal lot is roasted on-site in small batches to preserve regional fruit notes without heavy char.
By contracting directly with multi-generational farming cooperatives, we guarantee consistent harvest purchasing year after year. These relationships ensure equitable wages at the mill and give our roastery full lot traceability from high-altitude volcanic slopes directly to our East Austin bar.

Built for unhurried work
Most cafes actively discourage remote work with cramped tables and sparse plugs. We designed our space with twelve twelve-foot white oak benches, placing dual dedicated outlets beneath every seat so patrons can settle in without territorial anxiety.
A dedicated 800 Mbps fiber line keeps video conferences crisp, while south-facing factory windows flood the room with calm morning light. You get competition-grade coffee alongside the functional infrastructure of an intentional studio.
