East Austin Roastery

Craft Coffee, Rooted in Quality

Dialed-in espresso, single-origin pour-overs, and communal oak tables built with dedicated power outlets and gigabit fiber for uninterrupted morning sessions.

Direct Trade

Direct Huila Origins

Every green bean lot traces back to smallholder washing stations across Huila, Colombia. We roast on a cast-iron drum roaster in East Austin twice weekly, tuning temperature curves to preserve delicate floral acidity.

We calibrate extraction each morning before opening the doors. Pairing unhurried hospitality with high-density workspace benches gives our neighborhood a daytime anchor that respects both your deep work and your palate.

Patron Notes

From the Tables

The espresso extraction here rivals the best roasters in the country, and having reliable gigabit fiber with outlets at every oak seat makes full-day remote sprints effortless.

Their Huila pour-over is exceptionally clean with vibrant stone-fruit notes. Roast & Roots has become my daily morning stop before opening my studio on East 6th.

Marcus T., Architect & Founder

The batch cold brew is rich without harsh bitterness, and the avocado sourdough is genuinely satisfying. There is no better morning workspace in East Austin.
